高校需要解决外事外交人才培养的"供需错配"的问题,通过建立完善的外事外交人才的素质结构、提高外事外交人才的思想政治素质、科学调整课程设置、尊重教师与学生的地位,提高教师与学生的积极性和主动性、顺应大数据时代对外事外交人才的需求、创新外事外交人才的社会实践培养方式等方面优化外事外交人才的培养模式。

Colleges and universities need to solve the problems of’mismatch between supply and demand in the training of foreign affairs diplomats.Establishing a sound quality structure of foreign affairs diplomats,improving the ideological and political quality of foreign affairs diplomats,scientifically adjusting curriculum,and respecting the status of teachers and students can cause many beneficial changes to the optimization of the training mode of foreign affairs diplomats,like improving the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers and students,adapting to the demands of foreign affairs diplomats in the era of big data,cultivating the social practice training methods of foreign affairs diplomats.
