教育信息化2.0背景下高等教育资源分配探析

Analysis on Higher Education Resource Allocation Under Background of Education Informatization 2.0

高等教育资源在日益丰富的同时,无论从微观角度,还是宏观角度都存在分配不合理的问题,无法满足其合理分配的内在要求。为推动高等教育的现代化发展,以教育信息化2.0为背景,分别从建设课程资源服务平台、实现数字教育资源供给模式、创新授课模式等方面对高等教育资源进行合理化分配,以加速高等教育的全面发展,促进教育资源更加合理化应用,并为健全高等教育资源分配机制提供可行性意见。

While the resources of higher education are increasingly abundant,there exists unreasonable distribution problems from both micro and macro perspectives,which can not meet the internal requirements of reasonable distribution.In order to promote the modernization development of higher education in the context of education informatization 2.0,the resources are reasonably distributed from the aspects of building a curriculum resource service platform,realizing digital education resource supply model and innovating teaching model respectively.These measures could accelerate the all-round development of higher education,promote the rationalized application of educational resources and provide feasible suggestions for the improvement of higher education resource allocation mechanism.
