摘要 为了解决复杂曲面加工外轮廓转角的加工路径优化问题,提出了双参数可调三次样条插值曲线构造方法。通过合理地选择控制点和调节三次样条函数的双参数,能更灵活地规划加工路径,实现了任意角度的弧线和扭线的走势。文中所提方法使得刀尖运动路径更平稳、连续,实现了锐角情况下外轮廓转角的加工路径优化,有效地降低了加工速度突变造成的加工过程对机床的冲击。 This paper proposes a construction method of double parameters adjustable cubic spline interpolation curves—a novel approach to optimizing the corners of the external contour machining path for complex surface processing. The reasonable selection of control nodes and adjustment of double parameters cubic spline interpolation curves could allow the machining path to be programmed more flexibly and enable the trend of arc and button at any angle. The approach capable of more stable and continuous moving path of the blade could provide the optimal machining paths of the outer contour corner under acute angle condition,thus leading to an effective reduction in the impact on machine tools by machining process due to sudden changes in the processing speed.
