摘要
为了解桥面防水粘结材料的使用性能,为施工提供有效参考,采用室内拉拔试验与剪切试验分析了高黏SBS改性沥青、SBR改性乳化沥青以及环氧沥青三种桥面防水粘结材料的粘结性能、抗剪性能以及抗水损害性能。结果显示:(1)环氧沥青的粘结性能和抗剪性能最好,高黏SBS改性沥青次之,SBR改性乳化沥青最差;(2)由于环氧沥青材料组分较为复杂,且价格比较昂贵,其施工性价比可能不如高黏SBS改性沥青;(3)从冻融循环后的残留粘结强度和抗剪强度数值来看,高黏SBS改性沥青与环氧沥青的抗水损害性能均不差。
In order to understand the use performance of the waterproof adhesive materials on the bridge deck,and to provide effectivereference for the construction,the bond performance,shear resistance and water resistance of high viscosity SBS modified asphalt,SBR modified emulsified asphalt and epoxy asphalt was researched by indoor drawing test and shear test . The results shows: ( 1) Theadhesion properties and shear performance of epoxy asphalt are the best,and the high viscosity SBS modified asphalt is second,andSBR modified emulsified asphalt is the worst;( 2) The construction cost of epoxy asphalt material may not be as good as that of highviscosity SBS modified asphalt;( 3) The anti - water damage performance of high viscosity SBS modified asphalt and epoxy asphalt isnot bad according to the residual bond strength and shear strength of the freeze - thaw cycle.
