一例猫直肠脱的病例报告

Case Report of Rectal Detachment of Cat

猫的直肠脱临床表现为后段直肠粘膜层从肛门向外突出,各种品种和年龄的猫都可患本病,幼龄猫多生。此病多继发于寄生虫和肠炎导致的顽固性腹泻,另外动物长期营养不良,边牧,肠道异物也能引起直肠脱出。脱出时间较短进行清洗后人工复位。若脱出时间较长,直肠粘膜发生严重水肿和坏死需进行手术切除治疗。

The clinical manifestation of rectal dislocation in cats was the posterior mucosal layer of rectum protruding from the anus,cats of all breeds and ages can get this disease,and young cats often get this disease.The disease is often secondary to intractable diarrhea caused by parasites and enteritis,long-term malnutrition of animals,side grazing,intestinal foreign body can also cause rectal prolapse.The release time is short,and reset manually after cleaning.If prolapse for a long time,rectal mucosa with severe edema and necrosis needs surgical resection.
