田园综合体视角下乡村旅游合作社主体功能分析及建构思考

Subject Function Analysis and Constructive Thinking of Rural Tourism Cooperative from the Perspective of Rural Complex

当前,乡村旅游发展方兴未艾,但也存在挑战和困境,提升乡村旅游合作社发展的整体效益成为重中之重。鉴于此,以田园综合体为视角,并对乡村旅游合作社的建设主体、经营主体以及利益关联体进行功能分析,在此基础上提出田园综合体视角下乡村旅游合作社的建设构思:参与建设和受益主体必须是农民;乡土知识的集思广益和价值发挥;探索制定多方多元利益分配机制;以业务为导向的主体能力培育。建设基于田园综合体视角下的乡村旅游合作社,实现乡村旅游合作社整体效益的提升。

Nowadays,the development of rural tourism was in the ascendant,while challenges and dilemmas were also coexisting.The promoting for overall benefits of rural tourism cooperatives could be paramount important.In this case,rural complex was studied.Function analysis was applied on construction subject,operation subject and interest association of rural tourism cooperatives.On this basis,construction ideas from the perspective of rural complex were proposed.Ideas were as follows:the participants in the construction and beneficiaries should be farmers;brainstorming and value exertion of vernacular knowledge;exploring and formulating benefit distribution from multiple parties and multivariate;cultivating of subjective ability with business-oriented.Thus,building the rural tourism cooperatives based on the perspective of rural complex would achieve the overall benefit of rural tourism cooperatives.
