高等师范院校营养学课程教学改革与实践

摘要 营养是健康的基础,是关系国计民生的大事,高等师范院校开设《营养学》课程对学生养成良好的健康饮食习惯和科学的营养理念很有帮助。从教学内容、教学方式和实践教学三个方面进行讨论,阐述优化营养学课程教学的主要措施,旨在改进教学效果,提高学生的积极性,锻炼学生的科学思维,提高综合素质。 Nutrition is the basis of health and a major event about people's livelihood,it is necessary to set up the nutrition course in higher normal colleges.With the help of this course,students will fall into the habit of healthy eating and the scientific nutrition concepts will be gained publicity.The teaching content,teaching methods and experimental teaching were investigated.The main measures of teaching were described in order to improve the teaching effect and promote students' enthusiasm,learned scientific thought and improved comprehensive quality.
