我国传统的以煤炭为主的能源结构,决定了能源消费活动要排放大量污染物,造成城市环境质量的下降,不仅使经济运行成本增加,而且严重威胁到人民群众的身体健康。能源活动对环境与健康的影响将是未来中国社会和经济发展的突出问题之一。

Energy structure of China mainly depends on coal. So in the course of energy consumption a large amount of pollutants are discharged. Pollutants cause drop of the quality of urban environment, increase the cost of economic operation and threat people's health seriously. Influence of energy activities on environment and people's health will be one of the outstanding problems in social and economic development of China.
