Uncertainty Evaluation for Determination of Organochlorine pesticides in Soil by ASE/GC-MS

采用快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法对土壤中有机氦农药进行不确定度评定,建立了不确定度评估模型、评估方法的偏倚和精密度,并通过对不确定度分量的分析计算,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,该方法实用性强,模型简单、易懂,具有较强的参考价值。

Uncertainty evalutation model was established for evaluating determination results of organochlorine pesticides in soil by ASE/GC-MS.In this paper,the bias and precision of determination method was evaluated.The key factors for measurement result during the analysis process were discussed.Meanwhile,the composed and expanded uncertainties were evaluated.The uncertainty evaluation model was practical,simple and easy to understand and had value of reference.
