Northeast China is facing a new round of opportunities to revitalize the old industrial base. Industrial enterprises should play the traditional advantages,accelerate upgrading,take a new road to industrialization, continue to promote energy-saving and emission reduction,change the high consumption,high emission and high pollution situation. The paper analyses the situation of Qiqihaer Fulaerji industrial zone and typical old en-terprises,expounds the necessity of green development.
