摘要
目前环境现场监测的核心仍然是基于监测人员的现场操控,监测人员一旦远离监测点位也就失去了对监测设备和监测环境的质量控制,所采集的样品及环境数据也存在极大的不确定性,造成对某污染源或某区域的环境污染状况掌握的不准确。环境现场监测的信息化建设就是要充分利用现在的"物联网"和"自动化"技术,建立一套从能够对监测现场进行实时视频监控,对现场监测设备进行远程控制,对现场环境参数和监测数据能够自动记录、储存并上传,对所有数据能够有效识别、计算并审核的环境现场监测信息智能化平台。从而为环境管理部门提供最准确、最有效、最及时的环境污染数据,使环境主管部门能够及时采取有效防治措施将污染危害降到最低,减少经济损失。
The core of environment monitoring is still based on monitoring site control by monitoring personnel.Once monitoring personnel are away from monitoring site,he will lose quality control of the monitoring equipment and monitoring environment. The collected samples and environmental data also exist great uncertainty,resulting in inaccurate information of pollution source. The information construction of environment site monitoring is to make full use of ' internet of things' and ' automatic' technology to establish an intelligent platform to monitor the real-time video of monitoring site,realize remote control of monitoring equipment,record and save on-site environmental parameters and monitoring data and identify,calculate and check all data effectively. The intelligent platform can provide the most accurate,most effective and timely environmental pollution data for the environmental management department to take effective measures to minimize the pollution hazards and reduce the economic losses.
