顶空和吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中挥发性有机物的应用比较 被引量:7

Comparison of Determining Volatile Organic Compounds in Soil with Headspace and Purge and Trap/Gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry Methods

摘要 采用顶空和吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定土壤中挥发性有机物,并对上述两种检测方法的精密度、准确度、检出限进行比较,实验结果表明,上述两种方法,均具有简单、快速、准确、精密度高等特点。吹扫捕集气/相色谱-质谱法具有更高的灵敏度,更适合测定挥发性有机物污染程度较轻的环境样品;而顶空气/相色谱-质谱法适合测定基体复杂,受污染较重的样品及未知来源的样品。 We used headspace and purge and trap /gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry to detect volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in soil. The limit of determination,accuracy and precision were compared.The results showed that both of the methods are simple, rapid, accurate with high precision for detecting VOCs in soil. However, purge and trap /gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry method was more suitable for detecting the samples with mild concentration induced by VOCs because of its higher sensitivity than that of headspace /gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry method,while headspace/gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry method was more suitable for detecting seriously polluted samples with complicated matrix and unknown components.
