HJ610-2016地下水新导则的颁布和实施,必然影响到环评工作中涉及地下水环境影响内容的变化,需要做重新的认识和梳理。本文针对新老导则的变化做了整理和解析,希望能够为地下水要素的环评工作提供一些帮助!
The promulgation and implementation of the new HJ610-2016 guidelines will inevitably affect the content of groundwater in EIA, which need to understand and sort newly. This paper analyses changes of the new and old guidelines to provide some help for EIA work.
