河北省雾霾现状分析与预测——基于对废气排放量及投入治理实证研究

Analysis and Forecast of Smog in HeBei Province——Based on the Empirical Study on Exhaust Emission and Investment of Pollution Control

近年来,在河北省发生了强度大、持续时间长的雾霾天气,受雾霾影响严重。雾霾不仅影响着河北省的生态环境,更影响了人们的身体健康以及河北省经济的发展。本文还分别预测了河北省废气排放量和投入治理两个方面,通过对非平稳时间序列,结果表明:随着废气排放量增加,政府对环境的投资越多。通过理论分析,提出防治措施,降低废气污染物,降低投资,因地制宜地去治理雾霾天气。

In recent years,He Bei province has a strong and long duration of smog weather. Smog not only affects the ecological environment of He Bei Province,but also affects people's health and the development of economy. In this paper,the two aspects of exhaust emission and investment management are predicted. The results show that the government's investment on environmental protection increases with the increase of exhaust emission. Through theoretical analysis,prevention and control measures to reduce emission of pollutants are put forward.
