佛山市推进水环境整治市场化的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice in Promoting Marketization of Water Environment Rehabilitation in Foshan

资金投入是推动包括水环境整治在内的城市基础设施建设的关键。多年来,为确保水环境整治领域的资金持续投入,佛山市一直积极探索水环境整治市场化机制,通过探索、实践多种融资模式,拓宽投融资渠道,鼓励各类资本参与和推动水环境整治工作。本文通过总结佛山市推进水环境整治市场化工作经验,分析目前存在的主要问题,进而提出推进水环境整治市场化的工作思路。

Capital investment is the key to promote urban infrastructural construction including water environment rehabilitation. Over the years, in order to ensure the continuous investment in the aspect of water environment rehabilitation, Foshan has been actively exploring marketization mechanism of water environment rehabilitation, through the exploration and practice a variety of financing mode, broadening the financing channels, encouraging all kinds of capital to participate in and promote the city's water environment rehabilitation. This paper summarizes the experience in marketization of promoting water environment in Foshan, analyzes the main problems existing, and then brings forward the idea of promoting the marketization of water environment rehabilitation.
