微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定环境土壤中银的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用HNO3-HF-HCl消解体系,以114In为内标校正土壤基体干扰,采用KED模式去除质谱干扰,建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定环境土壤中银元素的方法。校准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限在0.005μg/g,该方法用土壤标准物质GSS-13进行验证,测定值与标准值吻合。 We established a new method to determine Ag element in soil by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion based on HNO3-HF-HCl as the acid digestion system,114 In as internal standard to soil matrix interference correction and with KED model to corrected mass spectrum interference.The linear correlation coefficient of calibration curve was 0.9999,the detection limit of the method was 0.005μg/g.We used the new method to analyse the national standard soil samples of GSS-13,the determination value was consistent with the standard value.
