Analysis of the Role and Potential of Horgos Port in the Construction of “One Belt And One Road”——Taking the Trade between China and Kazakhstan as An Example

首先对'一带一路'背景下霍尔果斯口岸的发展现状进行了概括总结,进而分析霍尔果斯口岸在中哈贸易及'一带一路'建设中发挥的作用。最后提出加强中哈边境自由贸易区的合作,创建霍尔果斯口岸对外贸易新模式,加快国际边境合作中心的人民币离岸进程等对策建议。

At the beginning,the development status of Horgos port under the background of'One Belt And One Road'concept was summarized,and then the role of Horgos port in China-Kazakhstan trade was specifically analyzed to clarify the role of Horgos port in the construction of'One Belt And One Road'.Then,based on the bridge built by Horgos port in China-Kazakhstan trade,the prospect of industrial transfer between China and Kazakh was analyzed.Finally the proposal that the government should continue to strengthen the cooperation of the China-Kazakhstan border free trade area,create Horgos port new mode of foreign trade,accelerate the process of international border cooperation center of renminbi offshore was put forward to perfect the China-Kazakhstan border cooperation and promote the construction of'One Belt And One Road'in our country.
