基于金融集聚的资源型区域产业结构优化升级研究——以山西省2003—2017年的相关数据为例

An Empirical Study of Industrial Structure Optimization of Upgrading in Resource-Based Region Based on Financial Agglomeration——Taking Relevant Data of Shanxi Province from 2003 to 2017 as an Example

利用银行业区位熵、证券业区位熵和保险业区位熵对金融集聚水平进行度量,利用产业结构合理化水平和产业结构高度化水平两个指标衡量产业结构优化升级水平,同时引入控制变量财政支出水平、科技发展水平和人力资本水平,运用山西省2003—2017年的相关数据对山西省金融集聚对产业结构优化升级的影响进行实证分析。结果表明:在产业结构合理化模型中,银行业、证券业、保险业集聚水平以及科技发展水平对山西省产业结构合理化具有显著的负向影响,且银行业影响处于主导地位,财政支出水平对山西省产业结构合理化具有显著的正向影响,人力资本水平影响不显著;在产业结构高度化模型中,银行业、证券业集聚水平、科技发展水平以及人力资本水平对山西省产业结构高度化具有显著的正向影响,且银行业影响处于主导地位,财政支出水平对山西省产业结构高度化具有显著的负向影响,保险业集聚水平影响不显著。最后针对实证分析结果提出相关政策建议。

Firstly,the location entropy of banking industry,security industry and insurance industry are used to measure the level of financial agglomeration,two indexes of industrial structure rationalization and industrial structure upgrading are used to measure the level of industrial structure optimization,and fiscal expenditure,technological development and human capital are introduced as control variables.Then,an empirical study on the impact of financial agglomeration on the industrial structure optimization of Shanxi province is made based on the relevant data of Shanxi province from 2003 to 2015,the results indicate that in the rationalization model,the agglomeration of banking industry,security industry and insurance industry,as well as the development of science have significant negative effects on industrial structure rationalization,and the banking industry influence in a dominant position,but the influence of fiscal expenditure is significant positive,the impact of human capital is not significant,then in the upgrading model,the agglomeration of banking industry and security industry,the development of science and human capital have significant positive effects on industrial structure upgrading,and the banking industry influence in a dominant position,but the influence of fiscal expenditure is significant negative,the impact of insurance industry agglomeration is not significant.Lastly,some policy suggestion are put forward according to the results of empirical study.
