基于结构方程模型的个人捐赠行为机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Individual Donation——Based on Structural Equation Model

随着社会的快速发展,公民的责任感和奉献意识越来越强,慈善事业已成为当今世界的一个热门话题。为了提高我国的个人捐赠水平,首先构建了结构方程模型,引出从捐赠次数、捐赠额度和捐赠忠诚度三个方面测定个人捐赠水平的方法,并从外部影响因素和内生驱动因素两个方面探究影响个人捐赠水平的因素,共提出39个研究假设。基于路径分析假设检验和路径分析结果,共筛选出19个成立的研究假设,最后从国家、社会和个人三个层面给出提高个人捐赠水平的建议。

With the rapid development of society,citizens have a stronger sense of responsibility and dedication and charity has become a hot topic in today’s world.In order to improve the level of our country’s individual donations,this paper construct structural equation model first.Then,Measuring individual donation level from three aspects that include donation times,donation amount and donation loyalty,and exploring individual donation level from the external factors and endogenous driving factors.As a result,We put forward thirty-nine research hypotheses.Based on path analysis hypothesis test and path analysis results,a total of 19 established research hypotheses were screened out.Finally,the paper gives some Suggestions on how to improve the level of individual donation from three aspects:the state,the society and the individual.
