摘要
福建省得益于悠久的贩茶历史和优越的自然环境,一直是我国茶叶大省,近年来福建茶叶产量不断增加,茶园面积位列全国第五,多年来茶叶产量居全国首位,但是福建茶叶出口占全国茶叶出口的比重不升反降。导致此现象发生的原因之一是茶叶进口国日益严格的的绿色贸易壁垒。从福建茶叶出口遭受绿色壁垒的现状、影响入手,从外部因素和内部因素深入分析福建省茶叶出口遭受绿色壁垒的原因,并从加强茶园管理、加快制定与国外接轨的茶叶标准、加强品牌建设等多个方面提出解决对策,以期促进福建茶叶健康稳固发展。
Thanks to its long history of tea-trafficking and superior natural environment,Fujian Province has always been a major tea province in China.In recent years,Fujian’s tea production has been increasing,and the tea garden area ranks fifth in the country.For many years,tea production ranks first in the country,but the proportion of tea exports in the country does not rise and fall in Fujian tea exports.One of the reasons for this phenomenon is the increasingly strict green trade barriers in tea importing countries.This paper starts from the current situation and influence of green tea barriers in Fujian tea export,and analyzes the reasons for the green barriers of tea export in Fujian Province from external factors and internal factors,and strengthens the management of tea gardens,accelerates the formulation of tea standards in line with foreign countries,and strengthens brand building.And other aspects to propose solutions to promote the healthy and stable development of Fujian tea.
