应激引发线粒体功能障碍的研究进展

摘要 随着人类生活环境的改变和生活节奏的加快,以及家畜饲养环境和养殖模式的改变,人类和家畜会频繁地遭受各种来源的不同程度应激,使机体发生生理或病理性变化。线粒体是对机体各种损伤最为敏感的细胞器之一,当机体或细胞受到应激时会造成线粒体功能紊乱或障碍。文章重点阐述了应激通过影响线粒体的形态结构与胞内分布、分裂融合平衡、ATP的合成及内部线粒体凋亡途径,进而影响细胞的分裂增殖、新陈代谢和程序性死亡(凋亡)的研究进展。 With changes of social environment and acceleration of life pace,as well as changes of livestock breeding environment and pattern,human and livestock are frequent suffering different degrees of stress from the various sources. It can cause physiological and pathological changes in organism. Mitochondrion is one of the most sensitive organelles to various organism damages,and mitochondrial dysfunction is easy to happen when the organism or cell suffers from stress. The present review summarized recent progress of effects on cell mitosis and proliferation,metabolism and programmed-cell-death( apoptosis) caused by stress through impairing mitochondrial morphological structure and distribution,changing the balance of mitochondria fission and fusion,affecting ATP synthesis and the intrinsic mitochondrial apoptosis pathway.
