摘要
为了研究低温环境对线粒体能量代谢的影响,以及民猪和大白猪对低温环境耐受能力的差异,试验选择6头民猪和6头大白猪进行试验,常温对照组置于(18±2)℃的供热舍内饲养,冷处理组置于(8±2)℃的无供热舍内饲养,试验期为15 d;试验结束时屠宰试验猪只,取背最长肌、股四头肌和肝脏组织,采用实时定量PCR法对线粒体数量进行测定。结果表明:无论民猪还是大白猪,在颤栗性产热中,背最长肌占优势,而肝脏内线粒体数量无显著变化。推测在8℃左右的低温环境下,民猪和大白猪无论是颤栗性产热还是非颤栗性产热均无明显差异,两者之间的差异可能发生在更低的环境温度下。
In order to study the effect of low temperature on mitochondrial energy metabolism,as well as the difference of low temperature tolerance between Min pigs and Large White pigs,6 Min pigs and 6 Large White pigs were divide into groups in this experiment. Control group was fed in heating house with normal temperature( [18±2]℃),while cold treatment group was supplied in non-heating housewith low temperature( [8±2]℃). The whole experimental period was 15 days. The tissues longissimus dorsi,quadriceps femoris and liver were collected at the end offeeding period; mitochondrial numbers were determined by real-time PCR. The results showed that whether Min pigs or Large White pigs,longissimus dorsiwasin advantage during shivering thermogenisisand mitochondrial numbersin liver had no significant difference. It was inferred that during whether shivering thermogenesis or non-shivering thermogenesis,there was no significant difference between Min pigs and Large White pigsunder 8 ℃ environment,and the difference between these two pig breeds could occur at lower environmental temperature.
