摘要
为了提高羊草质量,试验对呼伦贝尔羊草群落进行切根、切根+化肥、切根+有机肥处理,利用凯氏定氮法、索氏提取法及酸碱依次水解法测定羊草中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维含量。结果表明:经切根、切根+化肥处理后羊草的粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量升高,粗纤维含量降低,在切根后施有机肥量为105 kg/hm2时,羊草中粗蛋白含量最高,为10.97%;粗脂肪含量亦最大,为3.53%。说明切根+有机肥明显改变了牧草中粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗蛋白的含量。
The aim of the present study was to improve the quality of L.chinensis.The L.chinensis community in Hulunbeier was treated by cutting roots,cutting roots + chemical fertilizer and cutting roots + organic fertilizer.The contents of crude fat,crude protein and crude fiber in L.chinensis were determined by Kjeldahl method,Soxhlet extraction and acid hydrolysis method.The results showed that the crude fat and crude protein content of L.chinensis was increased and the content of crude fiber was decreased by root cutting,root cutting and chemical fertilizer treatment.When the amount of organic fertilizer was 105 kg/hm^2,the content of crude protein was the highest(10.97%),and the content of crude fat was also the largest(3.53%).The results indicated that the content of crude fat,crude fiber and crude protein in the L.chinensis was obviously changed by cutting root and organic fertilizer.
