富血小板血浆在马属动物的临床应用进展

近年来,随着再生医学致力于使用富血小板血浆来改善肌腱和韧带的修复,富血小板血浆在马匹临床上得到应用的病例样本越来越多,但国内应用较少。富血小板血浆疗法是一种通过局部提供大量的生长因子来提高组织修复能力的自源性生物技术。文章主要介绍富血小板血浆在马属动物软组织损伤中的临床应用及前景。

In recent years,with the application of platelet-rich plasma in regenerative medicine to improve tendon and ligament repair,there were more and more cases of platelet-rich plasma used in horse clinic,but it was rarely used in China. Platelet-rich plasma therapy was an autogenous biotechnology that could improve the ability of tissue repair by providing a large amount of growth factors locally. This paper mainly introduced the basic situation of platelet-rich plasma,clinical application and prospect of soft tissue injury in equine.
