摘要
为了了解昌吉市、阜康市和呼图壁县散养牛携带绵羊无浆体情况,试验于2017年在昌吉市、阜康市和呼图壁县等3个市(县)的试验点采集牛血样共90份,通过PCR方法检测,最后经测序确诊病原。结果表明:PCR检测可特异地扩增出322 bp的目的片段,该序列与绵羊无浆体(HQ456350.1、KJ782397.1、HM063433.1)的同源性达99%,确定为绵羊无浆体。阜康市、昌吉市和呼图壁县散养牛感染绵羊无浆体的阳性率为分别为63%(19/30)、10%(3/30)、0(0/30),总感染率为24%(22/90)。说明阜康市、昌吉市散养牛携带绵羊无浆体,应该加强防范。
In order to understand the situation of Anaplasma ovis carried by free range cattle in Changji City,Fukang City and Hutubi County,90 blood samples were collected from cattle in these areas in 2017.The pathogen was detected by PCR and confirmed by sequencing.The results showed that the 322 bp target fragment was specifically amplified by PCR.The homology of the sequence compared with sequences of Anaplasma ovis(GeneBank number HQ456350.1,KJ782397.1,HM063433.1)was 99%,thus it was identified as Anaplasma ovis.The positive rate of Anaplasma ovis in free-range cattle from Fukang City,Changji City and Hutubi County were 63%(19/30),10%(3/30)and 0(0/30),respectively.The total infection rate was 24%(22/90).The results indicate that free-range cattles in Fukang City,Changji City and Hutubi County carry Anaplasma ovis and preventive measures should be strengthened.
