某肉鸡场蚊子携带细菌、真菌的检测及分析

Detection and analysis of bacteria and fungi carried by mosquitoes in a chicken farm

摘要 为了进一步了解蚊子对肉鸡养殖的危害,试验采集了肉鸡养殖场鸡舍内及某实验室(对照)的蚊子,匀浆后采用细菌、真菌分离培养的方法对蚊子携带的细菌、真菌进行检测。结果表明:肉鸡场鸡舍内的蚊子可携带数量不等的大肠杆菌、沙门氏杆菌、葡萄球菌和真菌,而对照蚊子未携带真菌、沙门氏杆菌,携带的葡萄球菌的总数最少。说明肉鸡场鸡舍内的蚊子对肉鸡健康可构成严重威胁。因此,加强肉鸡场灭蚊工作将有助于减少肉鸡传染病的发生。 In order to further understand the harm of mosquitoes to broiler breeding,mosquitoes in chicken farms(test group)and laboratory(control group)were collected in this experiments.Bacteria and fungi carried by homogenized mosquitoes were detected by separation culture technology.The results showed that the mosquitoes in the chicken coop carried a different number of E.coli,Salmonella,Staphy lococcus and fungi,while the total number of Staphylococcus carried by mosquitoes of control group was lower than test group.Mosquitoes of control group did not carry fungi and Salmonella.It shows that the mosquitoes in chicken farms are a serious threat to the health of the chicken.Therefore,Anti-mosquito work in chicken farms should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of broiler infections.
