牙山黑绒山羊血液生理指标的测定及分析

Determination and analysis of blood physiological indexes of the Yashan black cashmere goat

为了评估牙山黑绒山羊的健康状况,了解和掌握牙山黑绒山羊的品种特性,试验测定并比较了不同性别和不同月龄牙山黑绒山羊母羊的血液生理指标。结果表明:24月龄时,血小板总数、淋巴细胞绝对值公母羊间差异显著(P<0.05);红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度、血细胞比容、血小板平均体积、血小板分布宽度公母羊间差异极显著(P<0.01);其他指标间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。血红蛋白浓度、凝血酶原时间、淋巴细胞绝对值不同月龄间差异不显著(P>0.05),其他指标均差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明牙山黑绒山羊血液生理指标在不同性别间和不同月龄间也存在着不同程度的差异。

In order to evaluate the health status and to learn and master the characteristics of it’s the Yashan black cashmere goat,the blood physiological indexes of Yashan black cashmere goat of different sex and day-old were determined and compared.The results showed that the index of platelet count and the absolute value of lymphocyte were significantly different between male and female goats(P<0.05).Red blood cells,hemoglobin,red blood cell ratio,platelet average volume,and platelet distribution showed extremely difference between male and female goats(P<0.01).There was no significant difference among other indexes(P>0.05).The hemoglobin content,prothrombin time,lymphocyte absolute value showed no significant difference between different month-old(P>0.05).Other indicators showed significant differences or extremely significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The results indicated that there were differences between different ages and sexes in blood physiology indexes of Yashan black cashmere goat.
