利用GWAS对深县猪6月龄体重的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了揭示影响深县猪6月龄体重的遗传基础和分子机制,试验以68头深县猪为研究对象,测定其6月龄[(180±7) d]的体重,基于猪Illumina Porcine 80K SNP芯片进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS),筛选出与6月龄体重存在显著关联的SNP位点并利用显著位点的排名、基因注释缩小SNP范围,进一步寻找与深县猪6月龄体重相关的候选基因。结果表明:对深县猪6月龄体重进行全基因组关联分析后共发现了37个显著位点;利用显著位点的排名、基因注释将MTMR12、PDZD2、NPR3和TARS 4个基因筛选为与6月龄体重相关的候选基因,为深县猪新品系选育提供了分子理论基础。
