摘要
为了探究玉米秸秆青贮(CSS)与红薯秧(SPV)间的组合效应,试验采用体外产气装置,选择7个不同的玉米秸秆青贮与红薯秧组合比例进行48 h体外发酵,发酵结束后对发酵指标、产气量以及组合效应指数进行计算和分析。结果表明:不同比例玉米秸秆青贮与红薯秧组合后,各组间干物质消化率、微生物蛋白、挥发性脂肪酸和产气量均存在显著或极显著差异(P<0. 05或P<0. 01);除pH值外,各处理试验指标均随红薯秧添加比例的增加而呈现升高的趋势,其中玉米秸秆青贮∶红薯秧为50∶50时达最大值。说明玉米秸秆青贮与红薯秧的适宜组合比例为50∶50。
In order to study the associative effects of corn stalk silage(CSS)and sweet potato vine(SPV),in vitro gas production device was used in this experiment,and seven different proportions of CSS and SPV were selected for a 48-hour fermentation in vitro.After fermentation,fermentation indexes,gas yield and associative effect indexes were calculated and analyzed.The results showed that the dry matter digestibility,microbial protein,volatile fatty acid and gas yield,were significantly(P<0.05)or extremely(P<0.01)different between groups.Except pH value,the test indexes of other treatments increased with the increasing proportion of SPV,and reached to the peak when the proportion of CSS and SPV being 50∶50.The results suggested that the optimum combination proportion of CSS and SPV was 50∶50.
