自拟中药复方对仔猪白痢临床治疗效果的初探

The primary studying on the therapeutic effect for piglet white scour with the Chinese herbal medicine compound developed by ourselves

为了探讨自拟中药复方对仔猪白痢的治疗效果,试验将患仔猪白痢且临床症状明显的40头仔猪随机分为阴性对照组及中药复方高、中、低剂量组,每组10头;另选10头同批次健康仔猪为空白组。中药复方高、中、低剂量组仔猪分别按照2,1,0. 5 mL/kg体重给予中药复方(药物浓度为1 g/mL),阴性对照组仔猪按体重1 mL/kg给予生理盐水,2次/d,连用5 d。试验期间观察试验猪的临床症状,测定其初始体重、末重及日采食量,计算日增重和料重比。试验结束时对试验猪前腔静脉采血,分离血清,检测血清中胃动素、胃泌素的含量。结果表明:高剂量的中药复方对仔猪白痢有较好的治疗效果,有效率达90%,治愈率达80%。中药复方各剂量均能提高仔猪生长性能,降低白痢仔猪血清中胃动素、胃泌素的含量,其中中药复方高剂量组疗效比较明显。说明本中药复方按体重2 mL/kg给药时对仔猪白痢治疗效果较好。

In this study,40 piglets with obvious clinical symptoms were randomly divided into negative control group and high,medium and low dose group of Chinese medicine compound,each with 10 heads.Another 10 healthy piglets were selected as blank group.The high,medium,and low dose groups of the traditional chinese medicine compound were administered at 2,1,and 0.5 mL/kg body weight(1 mL of drug contains 1 g of crude drug),respectively,the negative control group were given normal saline at a dose of 1 mL/kg body weight.Piglets continued to receive 5 d,twice a day.The clinical symptoms of the piglets were observed,and their initial body weight,final body weight,daily feed intake daily weight gain and feed to weight ratio were determined.The piglet blood was collected from the anterior vena cava,and the serum was separated to measure the levels of motilin and gastrin.The results show that the high dose group of Chinese medicine compound have a good therapeutic effect on diarrhea of piglets with an effective rate of 90%and a cure rate of 80%.The each group of Chinese herbal medicine compound have a good therapeutic effect on the piglet with the white diarrhea by increasing the growth performance and reducing the content of motilin and gastrin in the serum,and the effect of high dose group is remarkable.It indicates that this Chinese medicine compound has a good effect on the treatment of piglet white scour when it is administered by weight of 2 mL/kg.
