绵羊肺炎支原体贵州株药物敏感性分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解绵羊肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae,Mo)贵州株对抗菌药物的敏感性,试验选取喹诺酮类、四环素类、氨基糖苷类等12种常用抗菌药物及酚类、季铵盐类、含氯类等6种环境消毒药物,采用微量稀释法、分光光度法分析Mo标准株Y98及分离株GZ-TZ、GZ-WN的药物敏感性。结果表明:庆大霉素、链霉素及磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠对3个Mo菌株的MIC都极显著高于其他药物(P<0.01),表明3个Mo菌株对这3种药物不敏感;磺酸强力霉素、盐酸环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、甲磺酸单诺沙星作用后,Mo标准株和分离株的菌液OD450值均<0.7,且极显著低于其他药物的菌液OD450值(P<0.01),表明这些药物对Mo标准株和分离株有很强的抑制作用;苯酚作用于Mo Y98株、GZ-WN株1 min后,菌液的OD450值极显著低于其他药物(P<0.01),表明苯酚的抑制作用较好,可以作为极短时间内的首选消毒药使用。说明Mo贵州株对多类药物产生了耐药性,可根据试验结果选择适合治疗、防控和环境消毒的药物。 In order to understand the drug sensitivity of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae(Mo)Guizhou strain to antimicrobial agents,12 commonly used antimicrobial agents such as quinolones,tetracyclines,aminoglycosides,and 6 environmental disinfectants such as phenols,quaternary ammonium salts and chlorines were selected in this experiment.The drug sensitivity of Mo standard strain Y98 and isolates GZ-TZ,GZ-WN were analyzed by microdilution method and spectrophotometry.The results showed that the MIC of gentamicin,streptomycin and sodium sulfamonomethoxine against three Mo strains were very significantly higher than those of other drugs(P<0.01),indicating that the strains were not sensitive to the three drugs.The OD450 values of bacterial fluid of Mo standard strain and isolates were<0.7,after the treatment of doxycycline sulfonate,ciprofloxacin hydrochloride,enrofloxacin and danofloxacin mesylate,and very significantly lower than those of other drugs(P<0.01),indicating that these drugs had strong inhibitory effect on Mo standard strain and isolates.The OD450 value of bacterial fluid after the one-minute treatment of phenol on Mo Y98 and GZ-WN strain,was very significantly lower than that of other drugs(P<0.01),indicating that phenol had a good inhibitory effect and could be used as the first choice disinfectant in a very short time.The results suggested that the clinical epidemic strains of Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae in Guizhou were resistant to many kinds of drugs.The drugs suitable for treatment,prevention and control,and environmental disinfection could be selected according to the test results.
