摘要
天然多糖是一类广泛存在于动物、植物及微生物体内的生物大分子,不仅具有多种生物活性,能够提高机体免疫力和抗氧化水平、抗肿瘤、抑菌、降低血糖浓度等,而且还可以调节家禽肠道菌群,提高其肉、蛋品质。目前,天然多糖作为一种绿色饲料添加剂应用于肉禽、蛋禽养殖领域,显示出其广阔的应用前景。文章归纳了天然多糖的生理活性及其在家禽生产中的应用,为合理利用天然多糖提供依据。
Natural polysaccharides are a kind of biological macromolecules widely existing in animals,plants and microorganisms.They not only have a variety of biological activities,such as improving immunity and antioxidant level,anti-tumor and bacteriostasis,and hypoglycemic,but also can regulate intestinal flora of poultry and improve the quality of meat and eggs.At present,as a green feed additive,natural polysaccharides have been applied in the field of meat and egg poultry breeding,which show a broad application prospect.This paper summarized the physiological activity of natural polysaccharides and its application in poultry production,and provided a basis for rational utilization of natural polysaccharides.
