一例牛瘤胃异物的诊治与分析 被引量:3

摘要 2018年3月份,河南农业大学许昌校区实践基地(存栏60头)有3头犊牛出现间歇性瘤胃胀气的症状,为了对这3头犊牛进行诊治,试验采用临床检查、触诊等方法进行初步诊断,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:根据触诊及临床症状初步判断患牛为瘤胃异物,剖检发现患牛瘤胃内容物中有9个大小不等的毛球,确诊为瘤胃异物。通过手术取出异物,术后监控、护理,患牛预后良好。 In March 2018,three calves at the practice base of Xuchang campus of Henan Agricultural University(60 heads in storage)presented symptoms of intermittent rumen flatulence,the incidence is 5%.In order to diagnose and treatment of the three calves,clinical examination,palpation and other methods were adopted in this experiment for preliminary diagnosis,and treatment was conducted according to the diagnosis results.The results showed that according to the touch and clinical symptoms,the affected cattle were preliminarily judged to be rumen foreign body.An autopsy showed that there were 9 hairballs of different sizes in the rumen contents of the cattle,which was diagnosed as rumen foreign body.After removal of the foreign body,postoperative monitoring and nursing,the prognosis of the affected cattle was good.
