摘要
为了解SS免疫反应阳性细胞(SS immune reactive positive cell, SS-IR细胞)的增龄变化,试验采用卵白素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物免疫组织化学法比较不同年龄组幼体、亚成体和成体花背蟾蜍(Pseudepidalea raddei)SS-IR细胞的形态和分布密度。结果表明:SS-IR细胞的形态学特征不随消化道部位和年龄而改变,但分布密度在不同年龄和部位间差异明显。亚成体蟾贲门的分布密度显著高于幽门和回肠(P<0.05);幼蟾SS-IR细胞分布密度贲门最高、回肠最低,成蟾十二指肠和食管最高、幽门最低,但部位间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。成蟾和亚成体蟾的SS-IR细胞分布密度十二指肠均显著高于幼蟾(P<0.05),其余部位均未见年龄差异。说明花背蟾蜍消化道SS-IR细胞的形态学特征无明显的增龄变化,各年龄组的分布模式不同。
In order to understand the age-related changes of SS immunoreactive positive cells(SS-IR cells),the experiment used avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex immunohistochemistry to compare SS-IR cell morphology and distribution density of larvae,sub-adult and adult Pseudepidalea raddei of different age groups.The results showed that the morphological characteristics of SS-IR cells did not change with the digestive tract site and age,but the distribution density were significantly different with age and location.The cardia distribution density of sub-adults was significantly higher than that of pylorus and ileum(P<0.05).The distribution density of SS-IR cells in juveniles was the highest in cardia,and the lowest in ileum;that in adults was the highest in duodenum and esophagus,and the lowest in pylorus.There was no significant difference in location(P>0.05).The distribution density of SS-IR cells in adults and sub-adults was significantly higher than that in juveniles(P<0.05),and no differences were found in other parts between ages.The results suggested that the morphological characteristics of SS-IR cells in the digestive tract of Pseudepidalea raddei showed no obvious age-related changes,and the distribution patterns were different in different age groups.
