不同厌氧处理对小黑麦秸品质、体外模拟瘤胃发酵的影响 被引量:3

Effects of different anaerobic treatment on the quality of triticale straw and the simulated rumen fermentation in vitro

摘要 为了研究不同厌氧处理方式对鲜小黑麦秸品质、体外瘤胃发酵的影响,试验以小黑麦全株和秸秆为原料,设置全株微贮组、秸秆黄贮组、秸秆微贮组、秸秆氨化组和秸秆碱化组5个处理组,全株微贮组、秸秆微贮组原料经铡切处理后分别喷洒5×104cfu/g混合菌悬液,秸秆黄贮组添加相同质量的无菌水;秸秆氨化组按照干物质5%喷洒尿素溶液,秸秆碱化组按干物质4%喷洒生石灰熟化澄清液,测定了不同厌氧处理后小黑麦及小黑麦秸的感官品质、营养成分和体外模拟瘤胃发酵的产气量、消化率、CH4产量及挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)的含量。结果表明:全株微贮组、秸秆微贮组感官性能优于其他处理组;全株微贮组、秸秆氨化组均可显著提高蛋白质含量(P<0.05)、体外模拟瘤胃发酵产气量和消化率(P<0.05);全株微贮组纤维含量显著低于秸秆氨化组(P<0.05);全株微贮组发酵液中氨态氮(NH3-N)、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)、丙酸、戊酸、异丁酸及异戊酸的含量显著高于其他处理组(P<0.05)。说明全株小麦经微生物处理储存效果优于秸秆处理组。 In order to study the effect of different anaerobic treatments on the quality of triticale straw and rumen fermentation in vitro,five treatment groups(whole plant micro-storage group,straw yellow storage group,straw micro-storage group,straw ammoniation group and straw alkalization group)were set up in this experiment based on small wheat whole plant and straw.The straw in the whole micro-storage group and the micro-storage group were sprayed with 5×104cfu/g mixed bacteria suspension after the cutting.The straw in the yellow storage group was added with sterile water of the same quality.The straw in the ammoniation group and the alkalization groupwas sprayed with urea solution and lime clarification solution according to 5%and 4%of dry matter,respectively.The sensory indexes,nutritional components,rumen fermentation in vitro,digestion rate,CH4 yield and volatile fatty acid(VFA)content were determined after different anaerobic treatment.The results showed that the sensory indexes in micro-storage group and whole micro-storage group were better than those in other treatment groups.Protein content,rumen fermentation in vitro,and digestibility in the whole micro-storage group and the ammoniation group were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those in other treatment groups,on the contrary,the fiber content in the whole micro-storage group was significantly lower(P<0.05)than those in the ammoniation group.The contents of ammonia nitrogen,total VFA,propanoic acid,valeric acid,isobutyric acid,and isovaleric acid in the whole micro-storage group were significantly higher(P<0.05)than those in other treatment groups.The results indicated that the effect of microbiological treatment and storage of whole wheat was better than that of different treatment groups of straw.
