摘要
采用水合肼还原法合成了系列钒氧化物/石墨烯(VOx/G)复合材料催化剂。利用XRD、Raman和SEM分析技术对不同还原温度和空气焙烧温度下合成的VOx/G系列催化剂进行了结构表征。考察了VOx/G催化剂对苯羟基化制苯酚反应的性能。结果表明:在适当条件下制备的VOx/G催化剂,钒活性物种高度分散于层层堆叠的石墨烯载体表面,催化剂展现出好的催化活性和高选择性;随催化剂合成温度和空气焙烧温度的变化,钒物种在催化剂载体表面的存在形式发生改变,从而影响了VOx/G催化剂反应活性。
A series of VOx/G composite catalysts were synthesized by means of hydrazine hydrate reduction . The VOx/G catalysts prepared under different reduced temperatures and air calcination temperatures were characterized by using of XRD ,Raman and SEM analytical technique .The performance of VOx/G catalysts on the hydroxylation of benzene to phenol was investigated .The results show that V active species on the VOx/G catalysts synthesized under certain context ,dispersed highly in the surface of graphene carrier with the structure of layer by layer stacking .The catalysts displays good catalytic activity and high selectivity .T he existing form of the V species in the surface of catalysts carrier changed w hen the synthesized temperature and air calcination temperature for catalysts were changed ,which further affected the reactive activity of VOx/G catalysts .
