基于小波奇异性变换理论的离心泵空化分析 被引量:2

摘要 以泵阀实验台为实验平台对离心泵进行空化实验,并对不同流量下空化噪声信号进行采集,获得了空化性能曲线。运用小波奇异性变换理论对噪声突变信号进行分析。结果表明,通过突变信号的模极大值线条数统计可对空化程度进行定性、定量分析,与实验结果相吻合,为离心泵空化状况检测提供了可行的方法。 Using pump valve test as test platform ,the centrifugal pump cavitation experiment was carried out ,and to collect the cavitation noise signal under different flow rates ,cavitation performance curves were obtained .The singularity of noise signals was analyzed by the use of wavelet transform theory .The results showed that the degree of cavitation could be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively through the modulus maxima of mutations in the signal lines for statistical number ,and the results were in good agreement with the experimental results ,a feasible method was provided for the detection of cavitation of centrifugal pump .
