摘要 分析了我国电压等级的演变过程,比较了国内外常用的电压等级序列,重点分析了10 kV配网电压等级规范的历史原因及存在问题,提出了提升配电网电压等级至20 kV的技术经济优势,以及在电压等级提升过程中应注意解决存量设备问题和过渡方案的研究.理论分析表明,提高配电网电压等级可以节省资源,提高电网供电能力,宜尽早规划,尽快实施. The development process of voltage class series in China is analyzed,and voltage class series often used in other country are compared. Historical reason and problem existed for 10 kV distribution network voltage class standard are analyzed as key point. Technical and economic advantage of raising distribution network voltage from10 kV to 20 kV is put forward. Solving existed equipment and the transition scheme study should be paid more attention to in the process of raising voltage class. Raising the voltage class of distribution network can save resouce and promote power supply ability,which is verified by theory study. So the project should be planned and implemented early.
