摘要
能力型食品安全检测人才培养需求紧迫,必须定位准确、科学探索和系统设计.结合实际要求设置课程,根据社会需求调整课程,使课程设置与实践环节相互支撑、构成体系,形成良性循环.培养具有良好职业道德和法制观念、掌握食品安全检测专业知识、具有基本的职业素质与职业技能、既有独立工作能力又有合作精神的全面发展的应用型人才.
Due to the urgent need for talents with practical skills in food safety testing,education should be precisely oriented,scientifically explored and systematically designed. The curriculum is designed in accordance to the social needs and adjusted by practical experience,such that a beneficial cycle is built between course and practice.The course aims at cultivating people with the following qualities: professional ethic and legal awareness,mastering skills in the test of food safety,basic professional qualities,independent and cooperative working skills.
