基于层次分析法的模糊综合评判模型在二孩生育意愿评价中的应用——以河南省为例

Application of Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation Model Based on AHP in Evaluating the Fertility Desire of the Second Child:Taking Henan Province as Sample

在全面二孩政策下,针对二孩生育意愿展开社会调研.依据调研数据,构建河南省居民生育愿望各因素评价指标体系.运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,构建数学模型,形成较为科学、完善的评估系统,使评价方法及结果更趋合理.通过此方法,求出各因素所占权重,分析各因素对生育意愿的影响,并提出相应的建议和对策,为政府职能部门进一步加快二孩政策的各项工作提供必要的理论保障.

In a comprehensive two-child policy,according to the survey data via developing the social investigation of the fertility desire factors,we construct the evaluation index system of the fertility desire for the Second Child of Henan Province residents. By analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a scientific and reasonable evaluation system is established. By this method,the weight of each factor is obtained,analysis of the impact of various factors on fertility desire,the corresponding recommendations and countermeasures are proposed.This evaluation model provides the necessary theoretical guarantee for government to further accelerate the work of the two-child policy.
