摘要
为了有效地解决吸附剂与水体的分离问题,提高吸附剂对有机物的去除效率,实验以磁性离子交换树脂(MIEX)和滤纸为原材料,采用一种简单的方法制备了具有高吸附、易分离特性的MIEX基吸附纸.通过凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)检测有机物相对分子质量分布,从浸泡浓度、MIEX负载量、使用次数、吸附时间、稀释倍数等因素考察了MIEX基吸附纸对有机物去除效率的影响.结果表明:MIEX基吸附纸对中等分子量有机物有良好的吸附效果,当MIEX负载量为2.992 3 g·m-2、吸附时间为20 min时,UV254和DOC的去除率分别为84.7%和59.4%.实验还发现,MIEX基吸附纸不仅可以多次使用,而且对水体不会产生二次污染.
In order to solve the separation problem of adsorbent and water body and improve the removal efficiency of organics by adsorbents,using magnetic ion exchange resin and filter paper as raw materials,the adsorption paper based on MIEX with high adsorption and easy separation characteristics was prepared by a simple way in this paper.The relative molecular weight distribution of organic matter was detected by gel permeation chromatography( GPC).The effect of adsorption paper based on MIEX on the removal efficiency of organic matter was investigated from the factors such as soaking concentration,MIEX loading,using times,adsorption time,dilution ratio,etc. The results showed that adsorption paper based on MIEX had good adsorption effect on medium molecular weight organic compounds. When the MIEX loading was 2. 992 3 g · m-2 and the adsorption time was 20 min,the removal rate of UV254 and DOC was 84. 7% and 59. 4%,respectively. The experiment also found that the adsorption paper based on MIEX can not only be used repeatedly,but also does not produce secondary pollution to the water body.
