摘要
通过在高温干旱环境下,对板栗品种1~4号和对照铁粒头(对照)苗期叶片蛋白质、叶绿素和硝酸还原酶活性等和光合日变化差异进行研究。结果表明:板栗1号、2号和4号品种苗木生长状况较对照良好,而板栗3号品种苗木生长状况较弱一些;板栗苗期都存在光合"午休"现象,板栗1~4号品种同化效率较对照高,板栗3号和4号品种应对高温干旱环境具有较强的适应能力,板栗1~4号品种气孔导度有剧烈的波动,水分利用效率亦存在较大波动,只有板栗3号品种相对其他品种较为稳定,与净光合速率变化趋势较为相似。
The difference of protein,chlorophyll and nitrate reductase activity of leaves and diurnal variation of photosynthesis of different chestnut varieties(No.1~4 and CK)in seedling stage were studied under high temperature and drought environment.The results showed that the growth of seedlings of chestnut No.1,No.2 and No.4 varieties was better than CK,while that of No.3 varieties was weaker.The phenomenon of‘noon break’of photosynthesis existed in seedling stage of chestnut,and assimilation of No.1~4 varieties of chestnut.Chestnut No.3 and No.4 had strong adaptability to high temperature and drought environment Chestmct No.1~4 varieties were stomatal conductance fluctuated sharply,and water use efficiency fluctuated greatly.Only chestnut No.3 was more stable than other cultivars,and the change trend of net photosynthetic rate was similar.
