方坯结晶器翻转检修台架设计

摘要 近年来连铸技术迅速发展,不同钢种的连续浇铸、自动调宽、无缺陷高温出坯等技术的成熟使用,使连铸结晶器所处的工作条件越来越严酷,使用要求也越来越高,不但要保证结晶器较高的综合质量,而且缩短结晶器检修的周期也成了重大课题。本文通过对重钢方坯结晶器翻转检修台架设计,在缩短检修周期上,取得了一定的效果。 Continuous casting technology is developing rapidly in recent years, the continuous casting of different steel grades, auto-matically adjustable width, no defects such as high loading using the technology is mature, make continuous casting crystallizer are in-creasingly harsh working conditions, use requirement also more and more high, not only to ensure the mold high comprehensive quality, and shorten the knotcrystallizer overhaul cycle also became a major issue. This article through to turn chongqing iron&still Co., billet crystallizer maintenance platform design, on the shorten the repair cycle, obtained the certain effect.
