摘要
近年来连铸技术迅速发展,不同钢种的连续浇铸、自动调宽、无缺陷高温出坯等技术的成熟使用,使连铸结晶器所处的工作条件越来越严酷,使用要求也越来越高,不但要保证结晶器较高的综合质量,而且缩短结晶器检修的周期也成了重大课题。本文通过对重钢方坯结晶器翻转检修台架设计,在缩短检修周期上,取得了一定的效果。
