水溶性人参寡糖改善东莨菪碱诱导的学习障碍行为学研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究给东莨菪碱诱导的学习记忆缺欠小鼠注射水溶性人参寡糖,通过行为观测观察水溶性人参寡糖的疗效,这对于得到新的治疗学习记忆障碍的药物,具有极其重要的理论意义和临床应用价值。通过实验可以得出,水溶性人参寡糖能明显改善东莨菪碱诱导的小鼠空间学习记忆缺陷,但不影响正常小鼠的学习记忆过程。 This study gives scopolamine induced learning and memory in mice injected water-soluble ginseng oligosaccharides defect by observing the behavior of water-soluble efficacy of ginseng oligosaccharides, which get new treatments for disorders of learning and memory, is extremely important theoretical and clinical value.Experiments can be drawn, water-soluble ginseng oligosaccharides can significantly improve scopolamine-induced spatial learning and memory deficits in mice, but does not affect the normal course of learning and memory in mice.
