摘要
设计了一种由单片机(STC12C5616AD)控制的智能黑板擦,能自动识别粉尘位置,自由移动,并在擦出后自动收集粉尘。该黑板擦由粉尘传感器、采集电路、四轮驱动机构、单片机(STC12C5616AD)、吸尘装置等部分构成,其特征是:利用粉尘传感器实现定位;利用电机正反转原理控制板擦的上下左右的移动;利用磁材、自动控制擦除装置与黑板的接触与分离,实现随时随意擦除的功能;利用负压原理实现粉尘的集中处理。
A intelligent eraser that is controlled by 8051 singlechip,and it can automatically identify the location of dust and move freely,and collect dust after wiping automatically.The eraser is made of the dust sensor,acquisition circuit,four-wheel-drive mechanism,8051 singlechip, vacuum devices etc.Its characteristics are that utilizing dust sensor to achieve positioning;Utilizing motor reversing principle to achieve moving up and down on the blackboard;Utilizing magnet, automatic controlled device to realize the contact and the separation between blackboard and eraser and achieve erase function at any random;utilizing the principle of vacuum to centralize dust.
