高校防灾现状分析与策略探究

与部分发达国家相比,我国高校在预防自然灾害、社会危害及校园内外存在的安全隐患等方面有明显不足。现阶段,自然灾害和人为灾害多发,严重威胁高校师生生命财产安全。本文以国内高校防灾现状为基础,概括分析了高校防灾的内容、高校防灾存在问题、高校防灾问题的成因。最后,针对高校防灾现状进行策略探究,提出了关于高校防灾减灾工作的几点建议。

Compared with some developed countries, colleges in China do worse in prevention of natural disasters, social harms and potential safety hazards relatively. At present, there exist more and more disasters and accidents caused by both nature and human, which threatens students'and teachers'personal security and property safety. In this paper, we generally analyzed the contents, existing problems and its main reasons of disaster prevention in college based on the present situation. In the last, we look into innovative strategies to deal with the problems in college disaster prevention system and put forward several viable suggestions.
