摘要
目的:我们预开发一种中药清热解毒口服液,通过试验对主要原料金莲花的提取工艺进行了考察,寻找最佳提取工艺。方法:通过试验设计对水提、离心、醇沉、水沉等提取工艺进行考察,选出最佳提取工艺。结论:水提后醇沉再水沉产品性状最好。
Objective: We expect to develop a heat-clearing and detoxifying oral liquid, through experimental design to study the ex-traction process of nasturtium of main raw material, to find the optimal extraction process. Method: Through experimental design to inves-tigate the impactions of product properties and stability induced by water extraction, centrifugal, alcohol precipitation, water precipitation, to select the best process. Conclusion: After water extracted and alcohol precipitation and then water precipitation the products have the best traits.
