摘要
针对传动轴生产过程不稳定的情兄,运用SPC控制图基本原理,运用Visual Studio语言和SQL数据库实现了控制图的在线控制,帮助生产和管理人员实时监控和"预警"生产过程,确保生产过程处于受控状态,取得了较好的效果。
According to the unstable situation of the process of the transmission shaft, SPC control charts is used, using Studio Visual language and SQL database to achieve the control chart online control, and help production monitoring and 'early warning'production process in time, to ensure that the production process is in a controlled state, achieving a good results.
