摘要
针对三轴温箱转台气动旋转节头设计要求,根据动密封原理对气动旋转接头进行设计,实现了在高速转动下低温气体的无油润滑旋转密封。经过一系列仿真分析,该结构在可靠性、环境适应性上均满足相关要求。
According to the theory of seal, the rotary sealing device was designed to solve low temperature pneumatic rotary joint for three axis temperature turntable, The sealed performance of the mechanism without oil lubrication. A series of simulation analysis show that the mechanism meets the requirements of reliability and environmental adaptability.
