摘要
五轴数控加工中经常涉及旋转与摆动加工,传统CAM软件的仿真加工功能大多是刀具轨迹的演示,很难针对具体的加工设备进行模型过欠切检查和干涉检测,因此针对具体的加工设备建立仿真加工平台很有必要,本文基于VERICUT仿真加工平台,针对MIKRON HEM 500U五轴立式加工中心建立仿真加工平台,旨在为后续加工实验的安全性奠定基础。
Rotating and swinging machining is often involved in five-axis NC machining. The traditional CAM software mostly demonstrates the tool path, so it is difficult to carry out model undercutting and interference detection for specific machining equipment. ICUT simulation processing platform is established for MIKRON HEM 500 U five-axis vertical machining center, which lays the foundation for subsequent processing experiments.
